Tru Diva Designs. This self-taught fashion designer created her Tru Diva line after suggestions from friends and family and quickly gained a clientele of plus size women looking for unique clothing. Many women would approach her about where she brought her clothes. Once they found out she was the designer, they would request the same outfit for themselves. Through TRU DIVA, Veronica offers an alternative to a limited market of fashion conscious clothing for plus size women.
Ms. Lipscomb will be presenting a "Curvy Show & Cocktails" previewing her newest collection "Tru-ology" on September 21, 2009 at Pearl Studios in NYC.
